A new five star resort, Village Coconut Island, opens up in Phuket as the tourist season is about to hit Phuket. Located on the beach of Koh Maphrao, the resort opened to residential buyers at the end of last year and now is opening to guests as the holiday season really gets under way. Currently, the first phases of the property are approximately 80% sold and 50% constructed. When completed, there will be 112 villas and 30 luxury apartments, from two to five bedrooms.

Talking about amenities, there are satellite television, hi-speed Internet access, international telephone, laundry room, cleaning services, 24-hour security guards, central pool, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, spa and fitness center, kids club, retail stores and a large swimming pool, to name a few. The Village also provides mooring for boats as well as on-shore boat storage and is an excellent place from which to explore the area and islands.

The Village is located on its own island, just a few minutes from Phuket in Phang Nga Bay. 550 meter long beach with white sands owned by the village and beautiful views of the bay are added advantage.

This is an ideal place for those who want a seasonal holiday destination that can be leased out for the rest of the year. Its location in the bay makes is even better for year round use and lease options, so if you want a place you can visit and earn income from, The Village is the place.
