The Amari Watergate Hotel is a well-appointed 5-star hotel which is located in at the heart of Bangkok, which is one of the most modern commercial and shopping districts in the city. Shopping malls and fashion markets are just a short walk away from the hotel. It is located about 40 km away from the Suvarnabhumi Airport. The hotel has fine restaurants, bars, 24-hour front desk, newspapers, non-smoking rooms, gardens, express check-in and check-out facilities, luggage storage and special rooms for disabled persons. Amari Watergate Hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, table tennis facilities, squash courts, Jacuzzi facilities and a spa.

There are several restaurants at the Amari Watergate Hotel offering a variety of cuisines. The cuisines include Thai, Chinese and Italian. The hotel also offers services such as room service, babysitting service, dry cleaning and shoe shine services. The Sivara Spa, which is located in the hotel, offers various types of treatments and massages. Guests can go to the Sivara Spa in order to relieve their tension and revive their spirit.
