Dream Bangkok is part of the Hampshire Hotels and Resorts hotel chain. The hotel has 100 rooms. Each room offers the guests a surreal experience.

Dream Bangkok has restaurants, a bar, 24-hour front-desk, non-smoking rooms, newspapers, rooms which are specially designed for disabled persons, safety deposit boxes, luggage storage and express check-in and check-out facilities. The hotel is gay-friendly. Dream Bangkok also has a fitness center and a spa. Guests can get relaxing massages at the spa. The hotels also offers various services such as room service, childcare service, laundry, dry cleaning, currency exchange facilities, ironing service and photocopying facilities. The hotel offers wired internet services in all the hotel rooms totally free of cost. Guests can park their vehicles on-site free of charge.
